GPS/GIS Technical Support
With the advent of new conventional survey, GPS and GIS Technology, equipment, and software the field and office users have had to learn how to operate many new tools that they have not been exposed to in the past.

To alleviate the down time incurred when learning new equipment Monsen Engineering has created a Technical Support Department to help solve the problems and answer the questions that any user has learning new applications. Andy Johnson is the primary Technical Support contact.

This Technical support is available to your survey equipment operators for a nominal annual fee of $495.00 per year. We have created a GIS Technical Support Agreement for $349.00 per year. This support entitles the user to support the following Trimble products: base station and rover receivers, base and rover radios, data collectors, software packages, antennas, cables, conventional survey equipment, robotic systems such as the S6, GIS handhelds, backpack systems such as the GeoExplorer series and the ProXRS and the new ProXRT. Support will be available over the phone between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00pm, Mountain Time, Excluding major holidays, via email at andy@monsenengineering.com, or an in-person troubleshoot can be arranged at our Salt Lake Location. During these hours it is our goal make ourselves available for an immediate response. If service is not immediate our customers can expect follow-up within 1-2 hours. We have also invested in state-of-the-art Video Conferencing equipment, available exclusively to our customers on current support. This will enable you to visualize the support that cannot be achieved over the phone or email.
